WHAT IS IT WITH THESE INSURERS?

If 30% is cash back on the clients premiums, how long will it take the insurer to decide on increasing it to 70%, These insurers are really not making any money from their ****A looking at the stats something really is adding up and I would like to be part of collection when it comes to the cash back
