WHAT A LADY !!!!

WOW !!!! Where do I start, in general between myself and my colleagues we often refer to her as a "ray of sunlight". She is ALWAYS willing to assist when we require assistance, and does so with a smile EVERY TIME :) Her response time is very quick !! And on SEVERAL instances she managed to change complaint from clients into compliments !! Carika is just one of those people that is absolutely valuable to your company, I can honestly say without her Momentum would not be the same !! Thank you Carika WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOU !! Keep on doing what you do best ! YOU MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE :)
