WELLDONE Mbavhalelo Netshisaulu on Good Customer Service

This is a strange review to write. I had horrible service trying to get hold of the claim consultant who is supposed to be assisting me with my claim. I called multiple times, waiting for an average of 20min per call, being transferred from department to department. Would have given this review 5 star if I dealt with Mbavhalelo Netshisaulu from the start. She was amazing cheering me up after I got grumpy because of an awful experience. She explained clearly and was patient with me.
