Well done!

I submitted a claim after a break-in/burglary at my home and I want to give my appreciation in the way AFI handled the claim. My claim was fully paid (limited to my policy specs) without any queries. Yes, it did take a while to settle the claim (if I really have to complain about something) but in the end I am extremely happy with the service I received from the claims department (Royston Marks) as well as the assessor (John Kirsten). Even things that I didn't expect to be refunded as I thought it was not covered, were refunded. Well done for great service!!!
