WE HATEN PAYING CLAIMS

Stay away from Momentum Insurance especially if you opted not for car hire options, you will battle to get your claim sorted. I logged a claim told there accessor will access the car, I was called by Net Access, they asked me for the panel beaters details which I provided they never contacted the panelbeater to make the appointment. i called Momentum he consultant kept me on the line for more than 22 minutes and tells me its my problem, after teh claim I am cancelling with Momentum
