WATCH OUT!!!! NOT LEGAL!!!!!

I put in a claim in on the 20th of December and then was told that the item that was claimed for in my house falls under all risk!! ***!?? Here is the the contents part that puzzles me: Contents are only covered when they are inside the home at this address.Jewellery and watches should be kept in a securely locked wall or floor mounted safe at this home address , when it's not worn. All risk cover needs to be taken in order for items to be covered when taken out of the house. NOW!!! The item was in my house so where does this fall under ALL RISK??? These people are taking a big chance and I will report this on all platforms and under LEGAL! Now they come with voice recordings??? WHAT NEXT? I AM GOING TO ACCORDING THE LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT I SIGNED AND STILL THIS IS NOT RIGHT!? HOW LONG MUST A PERSON WAIT AND WHY LOOKING FOR NOT TO PAY OUT???? YOU ARE SHARKS!!!!
