<p>I would like to share my story with the world. It seems the only time you get something out of Alexander Forbes is when you go public so here we go. On 13 December 2013 I was involved in an accident. The other car happened to belong to the Department of Justice and Correctional Services. My damage was fixed and when the DOJ approached me I forwarded the info to Alexander Forbes. In October 2015 I received a notice of payment summons and although I was upset I was assured that things are being handled and that I must not worry. Well today I received an official invitation to appear in court to defend myself on the charges of non-payment. Now I am not a learned man but if I am not wrong this means I now have a judgement against me. If this is the case I would like to thank Alexander Forbes for being the reason I no longer have a clean record. I will most definitely not leave it there. In case you were wondering; this is most definitely the worst Alexander Forbes has ever done to me but it is not the first time they let me down. Double deductions without warning and any explanation; contacting me like ***ards via email only after I escalate matters; taking more than a month to respond to emails, once again only after escalating; suggesting pall beaters that are rude and unpleasant, the list goes on. I have been with Alexander Forbes for more than 20 years in case you wondered.</p>
