waiting after more than 2 months for a pay out.

On the 27th February my car was parked in a parking lot and a gentleman knocked my car from behind, he gave me his insurance details and said it will be sorted out promptly as his insurance are on the ball. I faxed them all necessary documentation as requested by alexander forbes (his insurance). They advised as well as the documents was mentioned that it can take upto 60 days for this problem to be resolved. The lady who first helped me forwarded my details to the legal dept as they would be handling my claim. Tevin Mkhabelato was responsible for my claim, as from the day my information was forwaded to him I have not heard from him once, I have been emailing and phoning, but it looked like my 3rd party claim was just thrown away in a pile of dirt. I then emailed the lady that helped me first, Ru***ah, and she then emailed the supervisor of the legal department to sort out or deal with this matter, Hantie Van Zyl the supervisor then emailed me and cc'd Tevin on the email as well informing me he will contact me end of business. Well it has been more than 2 months now no one ever emails or calls. I send continuous mails but no one ever responds, this is to both Hantie and Tevin
