Waiting 4 month for claim to be processed
Someone drove into my car and after claiming for the initial damage I have been waiting 4 months to receive my excess which should be claimed from the other party's insurance. When contacting the legal department they tell me that they need photos of my car. Why only after 4 months and after I contact you do you ask me for photos? Now there's another wait of 14 business days because of your incompetence. This is ridiculous.
