Victim of crime and the insurance company!

<p>this is without a doubt the worst insurance company ever and I would recommend no-one ever use this company. We were ****** just before Christmas 2016 - completely wiped out!! We have been with this company for many years - more than 20 years - not only have we received no help from the police but this company has the gall not to assist when we need it most ! We are well know members of the community and we are treated as if we are ***** and somehow made off with goods ourselves. I will use whatever influence I have to make sure that no one ever insures with this company - sure this may be very few but if I can save even one person from this company, it would be worth while !!! Imagine paying R8500 per month for 20years without a single claim and now when faced with a devastating situation we are not given our insurance amount ( not that it even covers all that we have lost! 20 years x 12 x R8500 = R ********** - this is not even considering the interest they probably earned of this money!!</p> <p> </p> <p>dont waste your time people - use any other insurance company! Or just put your money in the bank for a rainy day ! This company is a big a rouge as they come, I will personally be moving all my accounts elsewhere!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>if I could give them a zero rating I would!</p>
