Very very bad service

<p>I must admit, Alexander Forbes is the worst insurance that i have been with since my first insurance in 2010. Since from the 19th i have been sending emails regarding my claim and even today no one bordered to call me. Since then always when I call, they always put me on hold for the available consultant and then my call would just drop. </p> <p> </p> <p>My claim was logged on the 11 Jan 2017 after writing a complaint email and since then nothing has happened. My claim was assigned to Busi Mahlangu who does not respond to his/her email. I have been trying to contact him/her and even today no response, i think alexander is just hiring office furniture. I hate begging for a service and dealing with *********** staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>If i get a bad service for such a small claim from you guys what would happen if i claim for something big like my car? I rather be with reliable insurance than ****!</p>
