Very ********* business practices

Had an accident about a month ago . It was a back smash .. The lady the knocked me is insured with Alexander Forbes . I was told to supply numerous documents. Got everything in order sent it through . A week went by not as much as a phone call from this company . In the mean time they informed there client that she should have any contact with me and that they will deal with me .. I keep phoning the call centre . The person in charge is never available. I've sent emails , no response . Having to drive my daughter around in a damage unsafe car due to this company's negligence. Running out of options . Need some help.
