Very slow in dealing with claims.

We had a storm about a month ago in Florida Park. One of the trees fell onto the boundary walls and blocked the neighbours driveway. I had to get someone to cut part of the tree and clear the driveway. However I called my insurance and had to fill in forms & was sent back to them. An assessor was appointed,Jenkinson & Whittle, he came, after a week or so,took pictures and left. He sent someone that's is going to do the job, apparently, from a company ERA Projects or something like that. He also came after a week or so. The same again, took pictures and left. Now my neighbours are frustrated because part of the tree is still in their yard. These are elderly people also. This has been like this for just over a month and still nothing has been done as yet. Every time I phone, no don't worry we will escalate the problem for u and still jack **** has been done.
