Very rare to find professional services by an insurer...

I received an annual increase on my Short Term insurance. I sent through a message on the Momentum Insure website. I was then contacted by Candice Leyds, who explained the reason for the increases etc...being a new client, without any claims, she managed to reduce my premium. I was still unhappy with the amended premium - she went the extra mile, by referring me to the retentions department, where i dealt with Kyle Pienaar... in the matter of 5 odd minutes with both calls, my premium was reduced. I highly recommend Momentum insure, together with dealing with Candice and Kyle who were exceptional and professional. Kudus to this team...keep up this phenomenal approach in assisting clients.
