VERY POOR SERVICE

I currently have a 3rd party claim with momentum short term insurance and not happy with the service I am receiving. I have just been told that my claim does not take president over others as other 3rd parties have been waiting long than what I have to get my claim resolved. I have to wait in a line till it's my turn to get my vehicle fixed and other people have been without their cars longer than I have. Very disheartening and disappointing and must wait 6 weeks be I can get help and if I dont like the process I can look for other options
