Very Nice Experience
I spoke to Ms. Ikanyeng and Mr. Tawfeeq on Wednesday November 9th and they were both terrific. Ms. Ikanyeng was polite even when I failed to mention vital information. She was well informed and had so much patience with me! Thank you for one of the most pleasant call centre experiences I've ever had. And Mr. Tawfeeq was brilliant and helpful and quick!
