Very bad no service from Momentum I sure.. very bad bad bad

On the 23rd December on our way from Plett,30 kilometers from Graaff Reinert my car broke down.Called momentum roadside assit and the towed my car back to Graaff Reinert, I got someone to have a look at the cat and they told me since they are not an agent for Land rover they cannot help as they do not have the correct equipment for the job.I then called momentum as I have a comprehensive cover and was rudely told by the consultant that they cannot help me further as they towed the car back to town and that is what they are obliged to do.How appalling as I was now stranded in a foreign place with my wife,3 kids aged 6,8 and 12.Momentum did not care for our safety and how we get home.This is pathetic as I have never missed a premium and how they treated us is unacceptabke.Eventually managed to book bus tickets for my family had to leave my car in a strange place.To date Noone from Momentum called to check on us as they promised to do so.Very shocking and terrible from Momentum insure.
