Very Bad Experience with claim - 2 Months Ongoing

I want to start by saying I have always received great service before my last claim that I lodged in November 2025, it has been two months and my car is not yet fixed after hitting a pothole. The assessor says that the damage is wear and tear related for a dead cluster how is this possible I have seen many cars many year old and with higher kms and their cluster is fine, and this occurred right after hitting the pothole. He did absolutely nothing but walk around the car put it on a lift and pointed out a leaking steering rack that does not have anything to do with the cluster.

This assessor was then supposed to call me and that has not happened yet, in this two month I have made 15 calls to Momentum Insure for follows up and this is also with giving them reasonable time to get back to me.

This is now how customer service works and when I call I am always been given the run around, the agents that answer don't have any information because they escalate but at the back end no one is making work of this.

And here we are today 03/02/2026 and yet no official communication is received from Momentum Insure and I had to call in probably 10 more times after this post. I see that my situation if common occurrence as there is other post that complain about the same thing no communication and Momentum Insure inhouse Specialist saying the damage is not due to the pothole but due to W&T. I now sit with damage that I did not cause, no official communication of this outcome and I cant drive my car nowhere at night. Momentum Insure wont be recommended by me to anyone and looking into moving my whole portfolio from them as I cant take anything but dishonest practices at the cost of the client is unacceptable.

Your "inhouse" specialist and assessor are there for your benefit and it is as clear as daylight, and now it is clear for me how you release record breaking results by *****ing clients that have been with you for many years.
