Vehicle written off but claim not being processed

My car was involved in an accident in December 2014 and was taken to an pro bit auto body repairer where it was repaired. A day after I collected my car, the car would'nt start. It was towed to pro bit autobody where it was repaired. At the autobody I was told to take car to VW. I took the car to VW and I was told that my water pump was damaged. A week after my car would'nt start again and it was towed to VW and I was told that the car engine was damaged and vehicle was written off.<br> <br> I made a claim at my insurance(claim no CP 008584) and they told me that my car was a write off. For the past two months i have been paying (R3400) for a car that I don't have because my insurance have not paid or repaired my car. I am currently struggling to get to work as i dont have a car and my work area is secluded.<br> <br> I have been calling to get feedback and everytime i'm being told that they will get back to me as they are waiting for a report from VW.
