Vehicle repair from approved dealer...defective

My vehicle returned from TC panelbeaters about 3 weeks ago after a slight accident which Beauty had insisted My vehicle has to go this panelbeater.All parts used to carry out repairs were pirate parts. My front headlight which was replaced is holding water after rain. My front bumper is not aligned properly. Yesterday my fianc? got stuck in peak hour traffic due to the vehicle overheating and a strange buzzing noise coming from the engine somewhere. I had reported this strange noise to TC panelbeaters call centre on numerous occasions after the vehicle was collected but no feedback to date. We are now without a vehicle as the car is now dead and no way to report to work. No call was ever received from AF to ask if vehicle is in order or if repairs were carried out successfully
