Vehicle insurance claim deliberate delays and no responses

<p>Vehicle Accident Claim logged on 26 April, no response till i contacted them again on 3 May. My car has'n't been uplifted until i contacted Alex Forbes again on 6 May, finally car was uplifted. Car was deemed written off on Tuesday 10 May, documents submitted thursday 12 May, I called and called and called and called. So i don't know whats happening and they can't tell me when this will be sorted out, except that they are "busy" with it. Managers don't respond. Claim staff RUDE with an attitude like they're doing you a favour.</p> <p>USELESS. I really thought you guys were the bomb. But a few bad apples in your company will ruin your reputation. I have lost all faith in Alexander Forbes short term insurance. I need someone to let me know how long this is going to take.</p>
