Vehicle claim August 2014 not paid out and no feedback

<p><br />Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had an accident nearly two and a half years ago.</p> <p>The accident was the fault of the other vehicle and the other driver has admitted this.</p> <p>I have not received any feedback at all on getting my excess of R5000 back.</p> <p>Please this has become ridiculous I phone in every 6 months, but never get viable feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>Christiaan Le Roux</p> <p> ********** 999</p>
