vehicle claim

i have an insurance with momentum and my car was in an accident then i logged a claim with Ntakadzeni then she did her job very well after that she took the matter to Ettiene, he's the investigator.i have to push and ask all the time the outcome of the claim and he doesnt even respond emmidietly. on the 27th he came to my work place and questioned me on the recorded line and he promised that by the 3rd i will know everything and to date nothing has happened,i sent him an email and he doesnt even bother to respond.what kind of service does momentum does to their client.i'm frustrated as they are not giving me a solution but they are giving me stress.i would never recommend momentum to anyone anymore.they are not professional when it comes to claims.even their customer agents took their time when they were suppose to debit from my moms acc. instead of debiting on the 29th they debited 4 days after <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Momentum to Momentum Short-Term Insurance by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
