Valuing my car & money more than me

Policy number: 902212-1 / I called AF insurance 16:04 in order to let them know that I was stuck just before the N12 on ramp towards Benoni. I was displeased to hear that AF values my car more than me the policy holder. I was sent from pillar to post whilst being told that what they care about is towing my car to safety and not me to a place of safety as well.
