I honestly cant believe that you do not understand what I need as my email explicitly explain exactly what I need🤦🏻♀️, and yes, my emails is merely an example to show what I need....and yes, OBVIOUSLY it should be in a Momentum letterhead. A claims history does not give what I need...and I do not want to show them how many claims I had...ONLY...the actual crime related claims that was done to us "physically" which is the three I asked for...

Please give me a senior person's details.
