How about getting an e mail from Refiloe asking me to sign. And then contact her to arrange a courier to come pick it up. Do it. Let her know.

Now 16 days later 70 hours on hold trying to speak to someone listen to an electronic voice telling me how they value my call and will attend to me shortly!!

Leaving message after message. No response

Sending e mails. No response

Absolutely hopeless trying to deal with these people.

Transferred to 11 different people this morning alone. Going on hold from scratch each time.
