Useless Administration

Another month later and here I am back again with the same complaint. I get emails stating that my vehicle inspection is outstanding from this person ********** but with my complaint last month it was confirmed that my details are in actual fact up to date.

CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
