Unrepairable Vehicle

I was involved in an attempted hijacking/******* which lead to a collusion on 04-06-2014. The vehicle is a 2013 Mercedes CLS 63 Shooting Brake which was insured by Alexander Forbes and was uplifted by their service providers to Re-Newit Sandton for assessment. Vehicle was incorrectly assessed and repair was authorised. On completion of cosmetic repair it was found that the cars engine had been damaged and car was referred to MBSA who replaced many major components over a 12 month period. Alexander Forbes passed responsibility to the manufacturer who has had my car for 12 months and have now declared the vehicle not repairable. I have been without my vehicle for 16 months and the insurer is not taking accountability for putting me in an un-repairable vehicle. This is due to their service providers incorrectly assessing this vehicle from the onset. They have no consideration for my families safety as well as mine and have had no response from so called managers looking at the case again for the last 6 months.
