Unrealiable/unprofessional/useless/inefficient

My business truck was hijacked, recovered & needs to be fixed. AFI rejects my claim telling me that my policy does not cover me if I lease my car to another company. This is a business insurance & I clearly explained to the sales consultant Bradley Honwani what my business is about & he was the one that suggested I take this policy & that it'll cover me. Now they are rejecting my claim for what my business does. This is ridiculous. When I spoke to Alan De Waal who is another consultant, he says I must let Adel Kotze know about how I got the policy but was that not supposed to be part of the investigation & to reach the conclusion of rejection they say they investigated but I guess they didn't investigate that part of how I got to choose this policy. Now its almost 2 months that my business is not running & in that 2 months the only time I get communication or feedback is when I have complained or asked and now I'm losing money while I wait for this feedback. They are so unprofessional and clearly they do not deserve any clients. And they work 8am to 5pm. If you are in an accident at night you can't call them. I'm disappointed and disgusted. INEFFICIENT AND INEFFECTIVE.
