Unprofessional conduct

We lodged a claim for building and we were assigned to Lethukuthula Duze who was very rude and unprofessional. When asked about time duration for repairs or asked why the contractors are not coming she wouldn’t respond to emails. We complained through Twitter and she was told to attend to our claim, instead of pushing the contractor to come and finish an uncomplicated job which was on the third week she called me reprimanding and threatening me for lodging a complain.
