Unprofessional and rude

I was claiming third party against a client if Alexander Forbes Insurance. They were extremely unprofessional the entire time and not to mention, extremely rude. I submitted a formal claim, had to follow up over a week later only to find they hadn't even looked at my documents (but they already told me they were going to deny the claim). After finding my documents, there was no investigation, no interview (they told me they still had to interview their client although this should have already been done long ago). They rejected my claim on the sole basis of having to believe their client with minimal investigation. An assessor was not even sent out, there was no assessor's report.

I found the team to be extremely biased and unprofessional in handling this situation. They were difficult to deal with from the start and unpleasant to speak to due to their rudeness. Even the panelbeater my car was with told me how rude they were when she called to query about an assessor. For a reputable company I found their process and attitude to be appaling. Definitely would not recommend dealing with them in any capacity.
