unprofessional and pathetic service

I logged a complaint with my broker, who sent it to Momentum who then was sending emails from Priya to Bhula, to Modise but no one contacts me. rep**** to the emails and no one has had the courtesy to reply. Show unprofessional and Momentum do not care about their clients. No one takes responsibility. I had a problem with a claim and not getting the help.
