Unprofessional Accident Report

Momentum is repudiating a Motor Accident claim, with an Inaccurate Unprofessional Accident Report. The report mentions that there is a 3km deviance which the vehicle traveled following the event which raises the concern that the speed obtained has no causal link to the incident. The errors referenced to in the report, comes from a wheel speed sensors which have been in many cases, proven to be inaccurate. They waited a whole month to send the repudiation email, resulting costs for a hire vehicle, which is now for my pocket. Actual Eyewitness reports have been ignored, and they are making false claims just to repudiate the claim
