Unknown claim history

I made an enquiry about the claim history showing in my profile that I don’t know about, nobody has help me since last year. Instead they placed it under ‘previous insurer claim’. I just don’t know what to do in order to get that removed from my profile. Otherwise I’m very happy with the rest of the services. Someone please address my request!
