Its 0vsr 3 months my car still not sorted I even mailed Vicky Swanefeld Who is head of claims 4 weeks ago no emails no calls im utterly shocked by this company i was told car 50 k from write off the bill has now gone past 50 k. we on 90 k car was at renewit for 3 months car a mess my gearbox packed up they say not accident related now my car must go back to panelb totally unacceptable and so many defaults on verchile still they don’t want to write it off verchile has 30.000km on the clock
