Unhappy Client - Lack of response from Claims
I have requested for a call back from Lucky Baloyi in claims, I still haven't received a call from this gentleman. I am really not happy with my claim and the TAT on it, lack of communication from this agent is really leaving doubts in my mind about momemtum`s level of service.I further asked Charity Lekoane to also call me none of these advisors bothered to atleast respond to my email and advise if they are held up and will call me back.Really disappointed
