Unfair treatment, momentum is really ******

<p>I had an accident with my car that's insured with Momentum. I hit another vehicle from the back as it suddenly stoped in front of me post turning indication. I submitted my claim at momentum. Momentum told me that I was drunk. I told them that no, I wasn't. The police came to the scene and they saw that I wasn't drunk hence no tests were done. Momentum then told me that the white guy that I bumped couldn't have been drunk as he was with his daughter, so I'm the one who was drunk. If you are black and insured with Momentum please drive around with your kids so that should anything happen you will be judged by the fact that you are with your kids. Momentum has now rejected claim because no tests were done. Momentum will listen to anyone but the police. Momentum does not believe in running investigations, they come with their own conclusions. Watch out people...if you are black then Momentum will come and tell you that you are drunk. Momentum sorelely believe it is above the law. If the police say you are not drunk, Momentum will draw up their own conclusion that you are drunk</p>
