Unfair practices by Alexander Forbes insurance

I have owned my isuzu double cab bakkie for 13 years when a third party delivery vehicle neglected to apply their handbrake whilst I was parked and rode into the left rear door causing extensive damage to the door side pillar and the roof lining became dislodged.

The vehicle was repaired by renew it in Randburg to excellent standards, however the roof lining has not been repaired,claiming wear and tear. My arguement is that the roof lining was not sagging prior to the accident, and I have a number of people that are willing to sign affidavit if necessary. All I am asking us that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was prior to the accident. I don't think I am unreasonable in my request also as this is my first claim on this vehicle. I feel as though I am being treated unfairly as a loyal long standing client.
