Unfair Claim Processing

I am insured with Alexander Forbes on car, household and personal belongings including my phone. I recently lost my iPhone 7 Plus 128GB cellphone and the claim was approved. I insured my phone at R20,000 and when the administrator returned to me, a guy named Salane Nkuna, they gave me a voucher at iStore for R12999 which is not the market value of the phone I insured, that is the value for an iPhone 7 128GB.

They also offered me a voucher which I do not want, I would personally like to go look for the phone myself as I am a paying customer who insured their phone for more than the value.

The iPhone I insured is currently worth R15000 and I wish to receive that amount to go look for the phone myself and not a voucher from their preferred stockists who don't have stock at the nearest iStore to me. I have to either order or go to Sandton to go get it.
