After being a loyal Momentum customer for many years, Im saddened & disgusted to find out that my Insurance company is so *********.

After my claim put in on the 28/11/20, I have been misled, mistreated and shoved around by the so called management team addressing my claim.

Although the accident I had with my vehicle was quite serious, they refused to have the vehicle written off and we went ahead with repairs which were all done on their terms.

The day before I had to collect the repaired vehicle, I received a call from their panel beaters stating that they have found other major issues. Momentum then still insisted that their panel beaters go ahead and repair all these damages.

Once I got the vehicle back from their panel beaters, there were still issues and a manager from their claims department then confirmed to me in writing that should any other issues now arise , they would have the vehicle written off.

Hold and behold some other issues arose which pushed the vehicle into a write off threshold. The write off threshold was also given to me in writing and confirmed by a manager that this vehicle is now a write off.

They have now changed their tactics and the goal post and refuse to write off the vehicle. They want me to keep a vehicle which I feel is now unsafe and hazardous for me and my family to travel in.
