Underhanded sales and the alexender forbes team that supports them

<p>I moved to alexander forbes insurance over 6months ago, the sales agent Themba Tshabalala, was all too attentive during the sales process, happily confirming to me that i covered comprehensively for my home content cover and buildings insurance. I discussed specific incidents that i had with my previous insurer, Themba confirmed numerous times that i am completely covered.... feeling comfortable and trusting his confirmation, i signed up with AFI, low and behold... i have a claim, and my claim is rejected - claimed department and complaints department ignore the confirmation by the sales agent and refer me to the vague policy wording of "wear and tear" not being covered! Dont do business with this underhanded ********* company</p> <p> </p>
