Unaccepted delays in getting a quotation

I had a car accident on July 19th on R61 between Mtata and Engcobo, they got the car towed to nearest town(Mtata). they clled the follwoing day (20th) to say the car would fixed in Mtata and they emailed me the documents which I filled in and resent to them on the same day. Assessor was appointed and called me on Thursday 2st to say he would call me on the same day with a qoutation after he had assessed the car. assessor never called as promised. I called Assessor on Monday (27th) and he still had no qoutation. I called Assessor and Mabe today there is still no qoutation and in the meantime I must suffer travelling to and from work in Taxis in rainy weathers whereas the car could be getting closer to being finished already.
