UNacceptable treatment to an old person

Unacceptable services to an old person, elderly citizen. Complaint is directed to Alexander forbes & Old mutual My mom is a retired teacher from a private school in Sharpeville by the name of Assumpta primary school. She retired last year 2018/12/12 she has been waiting for her retirement money which was put up by her employer with these two companies. But still hasn't received her money to date. They just keep post ponying on her. She has been in & out of hospital due to money issues.
