Unacceptable service with regards to 3rd party claim

<p>I lodged a third party claim with Alexander Forbes over a month ago, and to date have still not had any resolution. The files, apparently, have not even been printed. Therefore the case has not even been opened.</p> <p>No-one there seems to know what they are doing.</p> <p>This service is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting - not what one would expect from a company like Alexander Forbes!</p> <p> </p>
