Unacceptable Annual Increase

I'm currently insured through Alexander Forbes for Motor and Household. <br> <br> When I first signed up with AF, my premium on my vehicle was R976/month. I claimed last year on my vehicle after it was damaged by hail and after my claim it was adjusted to R1087. Which equates to about a 10%, as initially indicated it would after a claim.<br> <br> My annual renewal on my policy is in April this year, and AF have indicated that my car premium will now be adjusted to R1398, so this equates to a 30% increase.<br> <br> When I signed up the sales consultant confirmed in writing that my premium would not increase by more than 10% after a claim. <br> <br> I have tried going through my service consultant, but with no luck.<br>
