Unable to get confirmation of what is owed to my late dad

<p>Ive been dealing with Alexander Forbes since November 2016 to date and still have not rceived any</p> <p>I have been dealign with this issue from November 2016. They keep asking for different information they keep asking for different documents and everytime you submit then they they request something else .My late dad pension fund was administered by them so i enquired of there was any amount that was still due to his estate .Till to date Alexander Forbes is giving me a run arround with not much joy.</p> <p>I dealt with Maria Masemola and Charlene Sampson </p> <p> </p>
