Unable to contact momentum

Iv submitted requests to have some one call me back, there has been no response, I tried dialing the number on the back of my momentum card which turned out to be incorrect as they only deal with medical health but when they transfer me it's to a number that doesn't exist, all I want is a quote on car insurance, why all the hassle ?
