Unable to cancel policy
On Friday i had called into the Momentum Short term Insurance call center and they had told me that their Retention department is very busy and that i should leave my phone number and they would get back to me, I am still waiting for them to call me, i would like to cancel this policy ASAP and they are making this very difficult for me to do this. I had called in today 05/04/2016 and I am still unable to reach them. Please assist
