Two week waiting for a new tyre

It's been over two weeks since I submitted a claim for a damaged tyre, a week later since it's been approved but I still haven't been paid out. I am without a car for over a week because the tyre eventually burst. So much for having insurance. If they knew that the payment will take over a week you could have given me a courtesy car which I am paying for, another fail! It's time I change insurance!!!
