True colors of insurance when making a claim

<p>I am a victim of lies, silence, ignorance and bad service just after a made a claim the only thing I keep getting that matters most to th insurance is the courtesy car that I must send back but no closure to my claim leaving me in a situation of having no car meaning won't be able to go to work leading to the disaster of losing my job because even my appeal for courtesy car be extended not under my failure but because of bad service I get ignored.</p>
